Getting Started with Flush Detox
Flush Detox works. But lasting transformation only happens when you commit to small, consistent lifestyle changes. Flush provides the science and the system — yet it’s your daily choices that multiply the benefits.
Lifestyle is the Multiplier
Flush clears toxins and resets your system, but your lifestyle determines whether those toxins stay out — or come straight back in. Every meal, product, and habit is either fueling health or feeding disruption.
Modern life surrounds us with synthetics: PFAs, plastics, pesticides, and additives. They can’t be avoided, but they can be managed. Flush is your modern antidote. Paired with smart living, it’s a program for long-term vitality.
Flush is the Program
You are the Plan
Flush gives you the framework and provides the program. But the plan? That’s yours.
-
You decide the timing.
-
You set the pace.
-
You build the routine that fits your life.
When you own the plan, the results are yours to keep.
Essential Lifestyle Shifts
-
Move daily. Exercise is non-negotiable. Circulation, lymph flow, and elimination all depend on movement. Even walking and mobility work make a difference.
-
Eat clean. Reduce fast food and synthetic-laden products. Choose whole foods, clean proteins, healthy fats, and fibre-rich plants.
-
Hydrate wisely. Always use distilled, Natural Mineral water or filtered — Never use tap water, which is fullmof toxins and will work against your detox.
-
Go natural. Most personal care products contain toxins. Switch to clean alternatives for toothpaste, deodorants, shampoos, and cosmetics.
-
Practice earthing. Reconnect with nature daily — bare feet on the ground, sun on your skin, fresh air in your lungs. Put electrons back into your body by connecting with the earth. Walk barefoot on grass, soil, or sand for 10-20 minutes daily. Earthing reduces inflammation and supports the body’s natural electrical balance.
Flush Detox + Lifestyle = Lasting Change
Flush is not a one-time cleanout. It’s a system for living smarter in today’s toxic age. When paired with daily responsibility — in what you eat, drink, apply, and do — Flush becomes more than a detox. It becomes transformation.
-
Flush provides the system.
-
GBI provides the science.
-
You provide the plan.
When you commit to the program and the lifestyle, Flush doesn’t just cleanse — it changes the way your body works, heals, and thrives.
The Flush Sachet Program
Flush Sachets make detox simple, effective, and practical for everyday life — the world’s first modern-day cleanse designed for today’s toxic age.
DIrections
Take once daily on an empty stomach (ideally 30 minutes before food).
Mix 1 sachet with 400ml of Bottled water or juice.
Alternatively, for those easing into the program, start with the Split Method: ½ sachet in the evening, ½ sachet the following morning.
Program Timeline
Phase 1: Introduction (week 1)
-
Begin with ½ sachet per day for the first 3–4 days to allow your body to acclimatise.
-
Increase to a full sachet daily once comfortable.
-
Expect mild digestive changes — this is a normal sign that toxins are being broken down.
Phase 2: Active Detox (week 2-12)
-
Take 1 sachet daily.
-
Support the detox by increasing hydration (at least 2L of water per day).
-
Reduce or avoid inflammatory foods such as refined sugar, dairy, alcohol, and processed wheat.
-
Incorporate light exercise, stretching, or walking to help the body process released toxins.
Phase 3: Reset and Maintain (month 3 onwards)
-
Continue with 1 sachet daily, or reduce to 3–4 sachets per week depending on your lifestyle.
-
By this stage, most users report clearer skin, improved digestion, reduced bloating, and more stable energy.
-
A maintenance plan keeps the gut, bowel, and intestines resilient against ongoing exposure to toxins.
The Flush Enema Program
The Flush Program should not be seen as a quick fix. It’s a program. It’s your plan for renewal.
Step 1: Pre-Cleanse
Begin with a bowel movement, followed with a 400ml distilled or purified water cleanse to prepare your system.
Step 2: Introduce Flush GBI
Start your flush on an empty stomach, at the time of day that suits your body best. In the beginning, you may only hold it for 5 minutes. Within days, your body adapts and builds tolerance.
Step 3: Build Endurance
Gradually extend holding periods to 1–2 hours, allowing GBI to penetrate and release toxins at the deepest level.
Step 4: Water Rinse and Release
Follow with another 400ml water cleanse to remove broken-down residues — visible proof of what Flush Detox has cleared from your system.
Step 5: Recovery and Maintenance
If discomfort occurs, rest and reset. Full detox takes 3–6 months, after which maintenance cycles protect you against constant exposure.
Lifestyle Change & Alignment
Remember Flush Detox works best when paired with smart lifestyle changes:
-
Stay hydrated with pure water.
-
Prioritise fresh, unprocessed, plant-rich foods.
-
Take rest seriously — detox is most effective when the body is well-recovered.
Track your progress: monitor skin clarity, digestion, energy levels, and mood.
What to Expect
-
Early days: Possible mild bloating, increased bowel activity, or temporary fatigue as toxins begin to release.
-
Weeks 2–4: Noticeable improvements in digestion, reduced cravings, clearer skin, and lighter feeling in the gut.
-
Months 2–3: Deeper cleansing, enhanced energy, anti-aging benefits, and a reset in your body’s natural renewal cycles.
